- Arrive at selected restaurant and report to the
supervisor in charge at that time (if you are bringing
a cake we will take this off you at this point)
- We will then advise you on what to do next and
how the party will proceed (this will depend on
how promptly all those attending the party have
arrived)
- Once everyone has arrived and are seated a member
of staff will be appointed to cater for your party
(it is important that any issues you may have are
told to this person so they may be relayed back
to the supervisor in charge so necessary action
can be taken)
- Your appointed party rep will then take your order
and get the party started. We suggest that once
your food order has been taken that you allow children
to play in our play facilities (where available)
- Once your food and drinks has been consumed ice
cream will be provided for those who want it.
- The birthday cake is then taken out candles lit
and accompanied by either a Bart or Lisa Simpson
character.
- Once the cake has been given out and the party
has ended you and your children will make your way
to the counter area on the ground floor to collect
a party bag and a toy (remember the birthday boy/girl
gets two toys!!)
